A top referee has been selected for the big main event on August 18th at the Hidalgo Gym in Puebla, Mexico. Hometown hero Juan Carlos Salgado, the super featherweight champion of the International Boxing Federation (IBF), will defend his championship against Argentina's Jonathan Barros.
Veteran Tony Weeks will referee the title showdown between Salgado (25-1-1 16 KO's) and Barros (34-2-0 18 KO's).
Televisa will broadcast the bout.
