Roy Jones Jr. is picking IBF light heavyweight champion Clinton Woods to beat Antonio Tarver on April 12 at the St. Pete Times Forum in Florida. Jones fought Woods back in 2002, stopping him within six-rounds. He fought Tarver three times, winning the first by decision and then losing the next two.

"Clinton should win if he applies the pressure from early on," Jones said to Sportinglife. "Tarver is essentially weak-minded and he gets nervous. He is mentally not the strongest person in boxing and this will be to Woods' advantage. I think Clinton will win and then he can fight me."

Woods would love to fight Jones again. It's a rematch he's been trying to get for the last few years.

"I would love to fight Roy Jones again and this time I would beat him," Woods said. "I've improved beyond all recognition. I avenged my defeat to Glencoffe Johnson and I would do the same to Jones."
