BoxingScene.com has learned that the IBO cruiserweight bout between Roy Jones Jr. and champion Danny Green may get pushed back to December 2, a Wednesday, in Australia. The fight was going to be held on the tentative date of November 21 but I hear the fight would make more money, in Australia, if they held it at the midweek point.
In Australia, major fights are held at midweek point on a regular basis. One of Australia's biggest stars, Anthony Mundine, held his last couple of fights on a Wednesday.
