Later tonight in the Philippines, Manny Pacquiao (41-3, 33KOs) takes on hard-punching, Mexican Oscar Larios (56-4, 36KOs). Expect to hear a very vocal crowd because it doesnt get any bigger than Manny Pacquiao in the Philippines.
Larios, a former WBC super bantanweight champion who is coming off a three-round knockout loss against Israel Vazquez, is moving up two weight divisions, a total of 8 pounds to take on one of the deadliest punchers in the sport.
There have been reports in the press that Pacquiao may have been overlooking Larios by going out to movie premieres, partying and enjoying the good life instead of concentrating on preparing himself for the fight. Whether or not the "good life" will affect the outcome of this fight will remain to be seen.
Both fighters have said that they will come out early with bad intentions, expect fireworks from the opening bell.
