Junior flyweight Seniesa Estrada will face Nancy Franco on September 10, K2 Promotions' Managing Director Tom Loeffler announced Wednesday afternoon.

The eight round bout will take place at The Forum in Inglewood, California.

The Estrada-Franco fight will be added to the non-televised undercard of the junior bantamweight showdown between WBC world titleholder Carlos Cuadras and challenger Roman 'Chocolatito' Gonzalez.

Estrada (7-0, 1 KO) has developed a growing fan base around Southern California, due in part to her aggressive boxer-puncher style.

In her last bout on June 3, Estrada survived a third round knockdown to defeat Christina Fuentes by unanimous decision over six rounds in Los Angeles.

September 10 will mark the third time Estrada has fought at The Forum.

"We're very excited to welcome Seniesa back to The Fabulous Forum for one of our events," said Loeffler. "Her action-packed fights have contributed to a full evening of entertainment for fans inside the arena, which is paramount to our shows."

"Nancy Franco has faced numerous world champions and has the skill-set to bring out the very best in Seniesa in a fight that should be explosive from the opening bell."

Franco (15-9-2, 4 KOs), who resides in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, last fought on June 18, losing a 10 round unanimous decision to Yesica Yolanda Bopp.

Franco, who twice held the IBF World female minimumweight title, has lost her last three bouts.

Loeffler told BoxingScene.com unbeaten light flyweight Carlos Licona (7-0, 2 KOs) of nearby Westminster will also fight on the non-televised undercard. Licona is scheduled to face Gilberto Mendoza (5-5-2, 1 KO) in a six round bout.
