Mexico has been a second home for Roman "Chocolatito" Gonzalez (37-0, 31KOs) for the development of his career in professional boxing. And that is exactly where he will return on February 15, in a stay-busy flyweight battle, as he prepares for a match in March in Japan.
The "Chocolatito" and his coach Arnulfo Obando traveled to Tapachula, Mexico, to participate in a press conference organized Zanfer Promotions.
It was learned, Roman could face Mexican Juan "Wacko" Kantún (21-5-3, 15 KOs) or experienced Juan "Churritos" Hernandez (23-3, 16 KOs). The opponent for March has not been confirmed but it could be for a world title.
