Former Sky Sports frontman Richard Keys makes a dramatic return to British television screens on Friday (30th September) when he presents the launch night of the new BoxNation channel (Sky platform Channel 456)

The hugely experienced Keys, widely acknowledged as one of television's top sports presenters, makes his BoxNation debut presenting LIVE coverage of the exciting Commonwealth Super-Featherweight showdown between LIAM WALSH and PAUL APPLEBY from the historic York Hall in London's East End at 7pm.

Keys has been presenting a weekday sports programme on Talksport since he and Andy Gray left Sky last January. He joins a highly talented lineup of presenters and commentators on BoxNation which also includes Jim Rosenthal, Paul Dempsey and John Rawling.

Keys said: "The circumstances of my departure from Sky after twenty successful years have been well documented. I am very happy and thoroughly enjoying working with Talksport and my old mate Andy Gray but the launch of BoxNation is very exciting and I am thrilled to be part of it. It's fantastic news for sports fans throughout the country."

Simon Green, BoxNation's CEO, said, "I am thrilled that such an accomplished broadcaster as Richard Keys will be opening BoxNation's LIVE fight coverage. This emphasizes just how impressive a channel it will be showcasing LIVE promotions from Frank Warren, Queensberry, Sauerland and Golden Boy."

Promoter Frank Warren said, "BoxNation has assembled a super team of experienced and talented presenters with Jim Rosenthal, Paul Dempsey and John Rawling. The addition of Richard Keys only increases the quality of the on screen team. Richard was the face of Sky Sports since its launch and played a huge part in its success. I'm sure he will play a similarly important role in the future success of BoxNation."
