Highly regarded cruiserweight prospect Rakhim Chakhkiev (10-0, 8 KOs) has been added to the show, which is scheduled to take place on September 24 at Dima-Sportcenter in Hamburg, Germany. Chakhkiev, 2008 Beijing heavyweight gold medalist for Russia, takes on fellow former amateur star and 1999 Houston world champion Michael Simms (21-14-2, 13 KOs), who turned into an iron-jawed journeyman, in a scheduled ten-rounder.

“My preparations are getting together rather smoothly. We are training at the new Universum gym, and conditions there are simply wonderful”, commented Chakhkiev.

His fight will be added to the undercard of the show, promoted by the UBP, which is headlined by Alexander Dimitrenko against Michael Sprott and Denis Boytsov versus Matthew Greer.
