Unbeaten junior welterweight Regis Prograis will fight Aaron Herrera on March 25, Showtime Vice President of Production Gordon Hall told BoxingScene.com Monday morning.

The 10 round bout will take place at the Buffalo Run Casino in Miami, Oklahoma. Prograis-Herrera will top a three-bout 'ShoBox: The New Generation' broadcast.

Prograis (16-0, 13 KOs), a southpaw boxer-puncher, has scored impressive wins in his last two bouts, both of which were on ShoBox broadcasts.

In his last bout on December 11, Prograis stopped Abel Ramos after the eighth round. The Houston, Tex. resident scored a one-sided eight round decision over Amos Cowart on August 8.

The win over Cowart snapped an eight-bout knockout streak for Prograis.

Herrera (29-4-1, 18 KOs) lost a one-sided 10 round decision to unbeaten Pedro Campa on December 12. The loss snapped a five-bout unbeaten streak for the Vallalodid, Yucatan, Mexico resident.

Herrera's other notable bouts were losses to Selcuk Aydin and Jason Pagara in 2013.

In other bouts:
  • Hard-hitting Ivan Baranchyk (9-0, 8 KOs) of Russia faces fellow unbeaten junior welterweight Nicholas Givhan (16-0-1, 10 KOs);
  • In the opening bout of the ShoBox broadcast, unbeaten welterweight Ivan Golub (10-0, 8 KOs) of the Ukraine squares off against Marlon Aguas (9-0, 6 KOs) of Ecuador.
Both fights are scheduled for eight rounds.

In a non-televised 10 round bout, junior middleweight Willie Nelson (24-2-1, 14 KOs) is scheduled to fight Marcus Willis (16-4-2, 4 KOs. Nelson has not fought since July 11, when he stopped Tony Harrison in the ninth round.
