The weights are in for Saturday's heavyweight showdown between Tomasz Adamek and Michael Grant. Adamek, a former light heavyweight and cruiserweight champion, stepped on the scale at a lean and trim 217-pounds. Grant, a 6'7 giant, will have a serious weight advantage as he came in at 261-pounds.
The fight with Grant is seen by most experts as a testing ground to evaluate how well Adamek performs against a fighter as tall as Grant. The final outcome will determine if Adamek is ready to face one of the Klitschko brothers in the near future.
