Former multi-division beltholder Humberto Soto (60-8-2, 34KOs), and Hiroshi Nakamori (33-5-1, 20KOs) of Japan, made weight for Saturday's junior welterweight showdown at the Monumental Villa Charra Carlos Bowser Gonzalez in Tijuana. Both fights came in at 140-pounds at the limit. If Soto wins, he could face former four-division world champion Erik Morales (52-9, 36KOs) in August, when the Mexican legend plans to give himself a proper retirement fight.
