The weights are in for an emotional night at the Don Jose Sulaiman Arena Monterrey in Nuevo Leon, Mexico. In the main event Adrian Estrella will defend his International super featherweight title of the World Boxing Council (WBC) against Puerto Rican Edwin "Bazooka" López. In the co-feature, former world champion Arely "Machine Gun" Muciño will go gold against WBC flyweight champion Shindo Go of Japan.
Adrian (19-0, 17 KOs) and Edwin (21-3-1, 19 KOs) both came in at 129.9-pounds. Shindo (14-2, 9 KOs) weighed 111.9-pounds and Arely (20-2-2-1, 10 KOs) was 110.4-pounds. Also on the card, puncher Miguel "Mickey" Roman, who is close to a world title shot, as he faces Ricardo "Piolo "Castillo. And former Olympian Oscar Molina makes his return to the ring against Adrian Torres.
