BAYAMON, PUERTO RICO - The super bantamweight champion of the World Boxing Organization (WBO), Wilfredo Vazquez Jr. and his challenger, former world champion Ivan "Choco" Hernandez, were face to face this afternoon before their scheduled fight on Saturday, October 16 at the Silver Spurs Arena in Osceola Heritage Park in a presentation by All Star Boxing in association with PR Best Boxing Promotions.
It will be the second defense of Vazquez (19-0-1 and 16 knockouts), and the first brawl of a global nature to tale place in Kissimmee, where he has made 13 of his 20 bouts.
