SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO- Mexico vs Puerto Rico again will collide this Saturday, January 21, with the return of the “San Juan Boxing Nights” at the coliseo Pedrin Zorrilla in Hato Rey, San Juan, to be televised on Telefutura's “Solo Boxeo Tecate” show, in a PR Best Boxing Promotions (PRBBP) presentation.

Headlining, Caguas native David Quijano (13-2-1, 9 KOs), Juanma López teammate, will face Mexican Javier Gallo  (18-4-1, 10 KOs) in a 10 round, superflyweight fight.

While Gallo said that "I'm in great shape and I came to Puerto Rico to bring a good show and to win the bout". 

Meanwhile, 2009 amateur world champion McWilliams Arroyo (9-1, 8 KOs) will  have a big test when he faces Felipe Rivas (11-10-1, 6 KOs), who lost a split decision against former two time champion Ivan “Iron Boy” Calderon last October, 2011. This bout is scheduled to six rounds in the flyweight division.

"I'm very happy to fight this Saturday against a Mexican fighter. It's going to be a great fight between Puerto Rico and Mexico", Arroyo said.

Six more bouts will complete the card. In the lightweight division, Regino Canales (3-2) will fight against Edgardo Rivera (6-1, 5 KOs) to six rounds. In four round fights, Rafael Gonzalez (6-0, 5 KOs) will face a rival to be announced in the lightweights; debutants Andy Crespo and Husein Cruz will fight in the lightweights; debutant Emanuel Santos versus Jesus Pastrana (1-0) in the junior lightweights; Reynaldo Ojeda will face a foe to be named in the lightweights, and Jose Santiago (0-1) will fight against Ivan Vazquez (0-0-1). 

After this card, “San Juan Boxing Nights” on Telefutura's "Solo Boxeo Tecate" (11:00 P.M. ET) show, will return on March 24, May 19, August 18 and October 13.
