They will clash for the interim-bantamweight title of the World Boxing Association (WBA). Arce (31-7-3, 22 KOs) vs. Ruiz (28-1, 25 KOs) is a rematch of their exciting ware from May 15th in Los Mochis, which Ruiz won with a controversial decision.
