The stage is set for the "War in Tlalnepantla" being put together by promoter Pepe Gomez of Cancun Boxing. The card will happen tomorrow night at Sports Tlalli and features some of the top fighters from Gomez's stable.
In the main event, Irma "Whirlwind" Garcia will face Yesenia Tovar for the International bantamweight title of the World Boxing Council (WBC) in the main event of the evening Garcia (12-1-1, 2 KOs) previously held the WBA title and now Tovar (3-1-2) stands in her way of another piece.

In the co-featured bout, former 140-pound interim world champion Pablo Cesar Cano will go to war with Yucatan Silverio "Chamaco" Ortiz over ten rounds.

Cano (28-4-1, 21 KO's) weighed 148.3-pounds and Ortiz (34-15-0, 16 KO's) was 149.2.

Former world champion Cristian "Diamante" Mijares (52-8-2, 25 KOs) will stay busy on the card as he exchanges blows with Cristian Arrazola (17-9-2, 12 KOs) over ten rounds. Both fighters weighed 132.2-pounds.
