Argentine boxer Lucas Matthysse is about to close camp in California, as he prepares to face Zab Judah, on November 6 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. Matthysse is training through the roof, because as previously reported, the winner will get the opportunity to contest for a the IBF world title at junior welterweight.

Matthysse is aware that Judah is a very tough guy with a great track record, fast, and has a strong punch. And if that weren't enough, Judah is also left-handed - but nothing intimidates the South American fighter. On the contrary, he says the fight with Judha has motivated him even more becuase of the opportunity to face such an established name.

Matthysse is training in the town of Oxnard, California, north of Los Angeles, and assisting him in sparring sessions is Victor Cayo and Javier Fortuna. He is training in the same gym as the Argentinean champion Sergio "Maravila" Martínez, who is getting ready for his Nov. 20 fight against Paul Williams.
