Looking forward to the rematch, Ana Maria Torres and Jackie Nava, faced off in what was the last conference before their rematch this Saturday at the Metropolitan Arena of Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas, Mexico.
These two great warriors, predicted a victory which allows them to be ratified as the best pound for pound female in the world, with the WBC diamond belt, which has only has been obtained by men, such as Manny Pacquiao, Sergio "Maravilla" Martinez and Bernard Hopkins.
"This is the fight everyone wants to see”, said the promoter, Héctor García, explaining that this is a historic battle because two great fighters will be face to face, both, separately, are synonymous of quality, without forgetting that they are WBC world champions and also considered the world's best female boxers pound for pound.
This event has been carried out, thanks to the union of Fernando Beltran and Hector Garcia, a partnership that will continue in Mexican boxing and around the world.
