Heavyweights Tomasz Adamek and Vinny Maddalone met face to face to officially announce their clash for December 9 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. It is expected to be Adamak's final fight before he takes a big step in challenging Wladimir Klitschko for the IBF/WBO/IBO heavyweight titles sometime early in 2011. Adamek (42-1, 27 KOs) and Maddalone (33-6, 24 KOs, 1 NC) will be a twelve round fight.
