Triple World champion Jorge "Travieso" Arce and opponent Cecilio "Boga" Santos are ready to battle on Saturday night at the Multipurpose Center in Mexico. Arce (53-6-1, 40 KOs) and Santos (23-13-3, 14 KOs) are the main event of the telecast being show on the series "Top Rank Live" which airs on Fox Sports in the United States and on TV Azteca in Mexico. Both fighters were in very good shape and weighed-in at 119-pounds.
"I am very focused. I have prepared for everything in this fight because I want to get better prepared for my next fight, for the fourth world championship of my career, against bantamweight champion Eric Morel in June," said Arce, who is the current WBO super flyweight champion.
"This fight against Arce motivates me to win because it will re-open the door to go for a championship match, which at this stage of my career is very important," said Santos.
