The Mayweather Boxing Club in Las Vegas is packed with fighters who are preparing for scheduled assignments in the coming weeks.
On June 20th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Broner will face fellow former champion Shawn Porter in a Premier Boxing Champions televised main event on NBC. The fight takes place at a catch-weight of 144-pounds.
Unbeaten lightweight prospect Robert Easter (13-0, 10KOs) will see action on the Broner-Porter undercard, and Olympian Jamel Herring (11-0, 7KOs) is back on June 26th in Shelton, Washington as part of the undercard to the Showtime televised headliner with Dominic Wade facing Sam Soliman.
And Mayweather? He plans to return on September 12th, also at the MGM Grand, in what he claims will be the final fight of his career.
