Chris Eubank and Chris Eubank Jnr raise funds for Children with Cancer UK at the BGC Partners’ annual Charity Day. The day commemorates the 658 BGC staff lost on 9/11 by providing its global revenues on the day to dozens of charities worldwide.

Chris Eubank Snr said:

“I’m delighted to be giving my support to Children with Cancer UK in the fight against childhood cancer.

“We have been proud supporters of the charity for many years and have seen first-hand the difference they have made. But while many young cancer patients now survive, there is still much more we can do.

“That’s why we are here today – to raise money to fund vital research that will help save young lives.”

Chris Eubank Jr said:

“It’s been a great day raising money for Children with Cancer UK at this year’s BGC Charity Day.

“The battle against cancer is the toughest fight there is.

“I’m very proud to be playing my part in supporting the brave children and their families taking on this devastating disease.”

About Children with Cancer UK - Children with Cancer UK is the leading national children’s charity dedicated to research into cancer in children and young people. Inaugurated in 1988 by Diana, Princess of Wales in memory of Jean and Paul O’Gorman our aim is to improve survival rates and quality of survival in young cancer patients and to help research ways of reducing cancer incidence.

Every year we invest more than £4 million in new research across the full range of childhood cancers. We currently have more than 60 projects under way at leading centres around the UK. http://www.childrenwithcancer.org.uk/
