Former champion Amir Khan and Julio Diaz embraced backstage at the Motorpoint Arena in Sheffield, England. They fought a twelve round war that saw Khan get knocked down and shaken up several times, but he survived those moments to win a close twelve round unanimous decision. funny thing is that Amir's brother, Haroon, took a lot of clean punches on his chin in his pro debut, like 0 defense but seems to have a better chin.

Khan and Nacho Berstein would be a great combo. Khan has a lot of skills and he should be a boxer first. Berstein would correct a lot of flaws Khan has. I don't like how Khan is looking with the new trainer.
i agree with Nacho except that he doesnt speak a word english and that his fee's are very high, but he knows how to tighten up the defense on his fighters

I am expressing an opinion that all fighters can be knocked out cold, all fighters can be wobbled, all fighters can be knocked down the difference here is that most fighters have a better defense than khan so are able to take less of the shots that put you down and put you out it's that simple until Khan learns to box to a game plan and learns the fundamentals of defense he's going to keep getting put down and put out .
Wladimir Klitschko has supposedly got a really bad chin and he paid early in his career for lack of defense and his inability to box to a game plan he got the right trainer who taught him how to defend himself and taught him how to box to his strengths now just look at him hes a future hall of famer and all time great and I see this as a great example to get my point across to you.
As for your dislike of my Murray vs Martinez review what would be you're case for a Martinez victory, What did Martinez do to deserve winning that fight, He got out landed, He got put down legit twice, He got cut, He got tagged with right hands all night, Murray was the come forward fighter dictating the fight so what exactly did he do to win the fight ? whats your case I would love to know ?
Khan has been a pro for how many years now?? What breaks do u exactly expect him to receive? He's had the privelige of working in arguably the best stable in boxing w/ arguably the best trainer...gym competition & best fighter in the world...Now he's moved onto his second stable of similar calibre....I mean to make excuses for this kid sounds completely ridiculous. Vladimir is an example of someone who made the transition mentally, physically & emotionally & has gone on to dominate every opp he faces. That's not happening w/ Amir.
As far as the Martiniez fight....what don't you get. Martinez won the 1st 5 or 6 rds bc MM did absolutely nothing in the fight. MM came on strong in the middle rds got the kd....& did not win the final 2 rds. It's as simple as that. Even w/ the 2nd kd...He didn't win. How is that for a rationale. On top of that he was fighting on a card meant to be a homecoming showcase for his opp. As he stated in his own words....He..Did...Not ...Do...Enough... under those circumstances. How on earth can u fight a conservative fight such as that and expect to win against the favorite in his hometown??? I guess u thought Joshua Clottey beat pacquiao as well....Pac looked beat up as well. But JC wasn't winning in that fashion.
