Kelly Pavlik, the unbeaten middleweight from Youngstown, Ohio, is injured and is off the Morales v. Pacquiao II Pay-Per-View card on Jan. 21 at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas. Pavlik said hurt his right hand while sparring in Youngstown. He was scheduled to take on Jose Luis Zertuche.
