After being away from the ring for over two-years due to legal issues and imprisonment, "The Pittsburgh Kid" Paul Spadafora (39-0, 16KOs) made his long awaited return to the ring before a soldout crowd at the Avalon Hotel ballroom in Pennsylvania.
He took no time in busting up Jesus Francisco Zepeda with a variety of punches, cutting his eye in the first round. The cut led to a fifth round stoppage by the referee, as Zepeda fell to a record of 16-4.
Spadafora may possibly return to the ring in late December or early January.
