Panchito Bojado Overweight, 145-Pounds

By Ernest Gabion

Francisco "Panchito" Bojado (18-2, 12KOs) has been unable to make weight so far, he weighed in at 145-pounds, 3-pounds above the contract weight of 142-pounds for his Pacquiao-Barrera undercard bout with Steve Forbes.

Golden Boy Promotions matchmaker Eric Gomez is currently talking with Nevada State Athletic Commission head Keith Kizer about the situation. Bojado's body looks very soft.

The last word coming out of the presser is that Golden Boy will pay Forbes additional money to move forward with the fight in light of Bojado being overweight.
