Manny Pacquiao has designs on a return fight in December. While he’s in town to train, he’s planning to host a fight card of his own at Pechanga Resort Casino in Southern California on November 29.

MP Promotions has received approval from the California State Athletic Commission to host a card showcasing the professional debut of Manny “Jimuel” Pacquiao Jr., along with main and co-main events featuring fighters promoted by Pacquiao.

Coming off his inspired July 19 draw against WBC welterweight champion Mario Barrios Jnr at MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Pacquiao, 46, expects to attend the Pechanga card as he pursues another title fight in December, with WBA welterweight champion Rolly Romero considered the front-runner.

“Manny’s objective now that he’s left politics [as a former Senator and congressman in the Philippines] is to be in boxing full time, and he’s looking at Pechanga to kick off his U.S. shows,” Pacquiao advisor Sean Gibbons told BoxingScene Wednesday.

Pacquiao has promotional ties to world champions Eduardo “Sugar” Nunez, Willibaldo Garcia and Pedro Taduran while also working with former champions Isaac “Pitbull” Cruz and Mark Magsayo.

Gibbons said MP Promotions is planning six U.S. cards in 2026.

“Many of our fights come under the Premier Boxing Champions banner, so we want to do some shows that keep PBC from carrying the entire load,” Gibbons said. “We appreciate how [PBC execs] Al Haymon and Tom Brown have stepped up to do shows showcasing our guys and we want to do our share.”

Gibbons said to expect that a 10-round bout will anchor the fall card.

Additionally, Gibbons struck a broadcast deal to have the November MP Promotions card broadcast by ESPN Knockout, ESPN+ and ESPN Deportes.
