Filipino ring idol Manny Pacquao said yesterday he was very pleased over the success of the first major undertaking by Manny Pacquiao Promotions and said it was "a big success."

Pacquiao was all praises for the giant Philippine broadcast network ABS-CBN which bankrolled the event to the tune of $4 million. He said the television coverage worldwide was "like a Las Vegas coverage."

Pacquiao was at the offices of MP Promotions to check on the details of last Sunday's promotion. Team Pacquiao member Relly De Leon said Pacquiao went over the accounting of expenses with lawyer Franklin "Jing" Gacal.

Pacquiao said he had "recovered" from the pressure of staging his first promotion and fighting before his countrymen.

He said he would attend a victory party at ABS-CBN today before going home to General Santos City on Thursday.

Pacquiao also confirmed trainer Freddie Roach's statement that he would train for two months at the Wild Card Gym for his third encounter with legendary Mexican Erik "El Terrible" Morales on November 18 in Las Vegas. However, the ring warrior said he plans to leave even earlier and train for two-and-a-half months because he doesn't want to take any chances.

Pacquiao also praised Larios hinting he didn't knock him out because he was "a very nice person."
