"Boxing is a one and one sport. It's just me and him." - Shane Mosley

"He's such a warm-hearted person but when it does get closer to the fight he's more of a monster. He's intense with everybody around him." - Mosley's girlfriend Bella Gonzalez

"I will go to Baguio for a couple of days and check out everything. This now has become part of the tradition." - Top Rank promoter Bob Arum, in town to check out his star fighter

"Mosley's a tough guy. He's never been knocked out. He's got a great chin. To put the icing on the cake, Manny needs to win this fight by knockout to show everyone in the world that we're better than that other guy, Mayweather. Mayweather couldn't knock Shane out and if we do, it just show that we have much, much more than he does." - Freddie Roach hoping for a stoppage

"He knows what's at stake. He's a grown man. I'm not going to baby-sit Manny Pacquiao, that's for sure." - Freddie Roach on Pacquiao's love of basketball, which he entertains during down time in camp

"This is his legacy. This is his life. I'm very proud of him." - Shane Mosley Jr. on his father

"Everybody's looking for this thing, at some point, to come crashing down. And I can't let that happen." - Strength and conditioning coach Alex Ariza doing everything to make sure Pacquiao is at his best

"You had to suffer to train in the gym, but that's exactly the kind of condition he liked because he thought that hardened him and set him back for the struggles inside the ring." - Well-respected journalist Ronnie Nathanielsz on Pacquiao's early days

"Boxing's not a game. It's a structure and it's a strategy. And once you put together a strategy, anything can be dealt with. Our goal is to disrupt his game plan. This is where the chess game starts." - Richardson reflecting

"I could not imagined that we could get this big. All that we worked so hard for, became a success." - Buboy Fernandez, who has known Pacquiao since he was a youth

"Why build this gym? Everyone told me, don't do it. It's a pain in the ass. But I said, you never know when the next Mike Tyson might walk through your door. Manny doesn't look like Mike but he walked through my doors" - Freddie Roach on the Wild Card and coming across Pacquiao
