As previously reported, Mexican Olympian Oscar Molina (8-0, 7KOs), who's making a significant dent in the pro circuit, returns on September 6th on the card starring Mariana "La Barbie" Juarez and presented by Promociones del Pueblo. The card will be broadcast by Televisa Deportes and takes place at the Gimnasio Miguel Hidalgo in Puebla, México.
The opponent has been finalized. Molina will be facing Cesar Avalos (14-3, 7KOs) of Jalisco. Juarez will face Carl Weiss in the main event and Miguel "Mickey" Roman returns against Juan Jose Farias.
Oscar Molina was born on January 2 of 1990, and he represented Mexico in the 2012 London Olympics. Now, as a pro, he's determined to prove his mettle against the best in the world.
The talented young fighter is represented by Promociones del Pueblo and Goossen Promotions.
He turned pro last January and stayed very busy but then suffered an injury and needed several months of rehrabilitation. He's been out of the ring since last November.
