World Boxing Council super lightweight silver champion, Roberto "Massa" Ortiz (31-0-1, 24KOs) is facing a likely war...and then some, from Argentine buzz saw Lucas Matthysse (35-3, 33KOs) on September 6th at the US Bank Arena in Cincinnati.

Accordingly, meticulous Massa is this week "wrapping up," his preparation in Torreón, Coahuila. This Saturday he will have the last training in that city before he travels to the United States for his mega fight against Lucas. Massa's title will be on the line.

His preparation has been physically rugged. However, Massa is also paying special attention to sharpening, polishing and honing boxing aspects, including:  speed, mobility, strength and precision.

The mindset aspect has not been neglected with intense concentration to the fore on the foe.

Massa insists: "Without any doubt this has been the best preparation of my career, and it's not that I underestimated my last opponents or that my previous workouts were simple, but the fight against Matthysse will be  more demanding, as this is my debut in the big leagues of boxing. This is my first fight in The United States, so I will not fail, I am more than convinced and confident in my qualities and I'm going to have this victory. "

Almost two weeks before the fight, and Roberto is almost at the required limit, so weight wont be any problem.
