Unbeaten light heavyweight prospect Oleksandr Gvodzyk looks like he has a new opponent for his fight this Saturday night.

A person close to Gvodzyk advised BoxingScene.com on Tuesday afternoon that Gvozdyk will fight former fringe contender Francisco Sierra in an eight round bout at the Florentine Gardens in Hollywood, Calif.

Gvodzyk was scheduled to fight Chris Henry on Saturday, but Henry reportedly dropped out of the fight early Monday.

Gvodzyk-Sierra is not scheduled to air on UniMas, which televises the popular 'Solo Boxeo Tecate' series at 11 p.m. ET/ PT.

In the main event of the Top Rank card, lightweight Jose Felix will fight Yakubu Amidu in a 10 round bout.

Gvodzyk (5-0, 4 KOs), who is managed by Egis Klimas, is originally from Kharkov, Ukraine, but lives and trains in Oxnard. He is trained by Robert Garcia.

In his last bout on January 24, Gvozdyk knocked out Cory Cummings in the second round in the Denver suburb of Broomfield.

Sierra (26-8-1, 23 KOs) was stopped in the sixth round by Badou Jack in his last bout on December 12. He has lost five of his last seven bouts.

Also on the card, cruiserweight Murat Gassiev (21-0, 15 KOs) will fight Rodney Moore in an eight round bout.
