Boxing returns to the campus of Central Florida as Tampa light heavyweight Olando "The Warrior" Rivera (15-3-2, 7 KOs) squares off against Prince Badi Ajamu (22-2-1, 12 KOs) of Camden, NJ, on Saturday, October 15th.  Rivera, a five time world kickboxing champion will be facing the newly crowned WBC Continental Americas champion.  The Central Florida area has hosted Ajamu before, as he fought on StarFight's card against Fred Moore back on July 27, 2004.

Rivera, currently rated #10 by the WBC, will be facing the #16 ranked in the WBC.  Rivera has fought the likes of former WBO champ Julio Gonzalez and Tampa's Michael Rush.  Ajamu, on the other hand, could be facing his toughest opponent to date.  Both boxers are sure to gain much ground within the WBC, as much changing of the ranks will occur, with 6 of the top 10 WBC contenders in action in the coming months.
