On November 26, Arkansas police arrested Curtis Vance in connection with the death of Anne Pressly, an Arkansas anchorwoman who beaten to death in her home.
Unfortunately some independent websites and blogs took it upon themselves to create false and baseless rumors that former undisputed middleweight champion Jermain Taylor was somehow involved with the tragic death of Pressly. The rumors spread across the internet like a forest fire. Stuart Thomas, Chief of the local Arkansas PD, wrote that Vance has been the sole suspect in their investigation of Pressly‘s death. The police have concluded that no further arrests will be made.
Those close to Taylor, asked for the assistance of BoxingScene.com to squash these ugly rumors that are still being spread in some circles by careless reports and internet bloggers.
