According to the Nevada Appeal, more disciplinary action is going to be handed down as punishment for the in-ring riot which took place during the 10th round of the Floyd Mayweather-Zab Judah clash on April 8 at the Thomas & Mack Center, in Las Vegas.

As most recall, the riot occured after Judah hit Mayweather with a low blow near the end of the 10th round. Feeling the low blow was intentional, Roger Mayweatehr stormed the ring to confront Judah as Richard Steele was forcibly holding him back. As Steele was restraining Roger Mayweather, Yoel Judah stormed the ring and punched Roger Mayweather in the face, the camps of both men charged the ring and exchanged punches until the melee was broken up by security and police officers. The fight was restarted and the end result saw Mayweather grab a unanimous decision and Judah's IBF welterweight title.

Marc Ratner, head of the Nevada State Athletic Commission, announced on Wednesday that complaints were being issued to Mayweather's adviser/conditioning coach/cornerman Leonard Ellerbee, Zab Judah and his father/trainer Yoel Judah. Ratner said all parties have by law 20 days to answer the complaints. Zab Judah's purse has yet to be released to him, Mayweather on the other hand has received his $5 million dollar purse.

Last week, Roger Mayweather, the uncle/trainer of Floyd Mayweather was fined $200,000 dollars and had his license as a trainer suspended for one year. The IBF ordered an immediate rematch between Judah and Mayweather, but Top Rank, the promoters of Mayweather, have said the rematch will not happen.  The current plan is for Mayweather to face WBO welterweight champion Antonio Margarito in August, which means Mayweatehr will likley vacate his title or get stripped by the IBF.
