Northeast Signs Delvin Rodriguez

Northeast Promotions President, Walt Lambert, has announced the signing of a hot Welterweight prospect, Delvin Rodriguez (14-1-1 7 by KO) of Danbury, CT.

Delvin is coming off a convincing win over a tough Marteze Logan which was featured live on ESPN2’s nationally televised fight series "Friday Night Fights" this past March 18. This was not the first time Delvin has appeared on the popular fight series. On August 24^th , 2004, Delvin thrilled the viewing audience with a sensational come from behind victory over previously undefeated prospect Allan Conyers, knocking Conyers completely out of the ring on route to a decision victory.

Delvin will appear on the May 6^th, 2005, Northeast Promotions event, which will be held in White Plains, NY. Delvin will be fighting Nashville, TN veteran Sammy Sparkman, 16-14-1 8 by KO, in an 8 round Welterweight match up.
