Cruiserweight contender Noel Gevor (19-0) will now face former WBA interim-champion Valery Brudov (42-6) on January 9 in Offenburg in the chief support to Vincent Feigenbutz - Davide De Carolis.
Brudov steps in for Nuri Seferi, who got injured in training. Brudov, now 39, comes in with two losses in his last three fights and is 4-4 since 2010. He was knocked out in four rounds by Rakhim Chakhkiev in April and last March he was stopped in the twelfth round by Tony Bellew, who had just moved up the weight.
Gevor picked up four wins in 2015 and three of them went the distance.
