On the 18th of June at the Flickenger Athletic Center in Buffalo, promotional firm Diaab Entertainment presents a card that features pugilists from two neighboring countries. In the main bout of the evening, the middleweight champion of the State of New York, Nick Brinson (7-1-1) will face Michael Walchuk (9-3-0), a resident of Saskatchewan, native of Ontario.

On the undercard, Ontario's Julius Bunda (3-1-0) will face Tony Brinson (2-0-0), from the State of New York. In a lightweight bout, Scott Paul (5-7-0) of Niagara Falls, will face Ivan Hernandez (0-1-0) of Buffalo. Another boxer from Niagara Falls, super welterweight Charlie Irvine, will make his professional debut against Wes Lane (2-2-0) of Virginia. Finally, a fight with some local flavor as Aleem Whitfield (2-0-0) faces Rakeem Carter (0-7-3).
