Nelson Vazquez Gets Chairman Seat in Puerto Rico

Nelson Vazquez was selected as the chairman of the Association of Professional Boxing Officials in Puerto Rico for the period of 2011 to 2013 and its Board of Directors is comprised of Cesar Ramos as vice president, Carlos Colon, Jose Roberto Torres, and secretary treasurer Raul 'Tonina' Snow. The international referee Luis Pabon was appointed chairman of the Training Committee.
