The middleweight division is heating up.
A 160-pound showdown between Hassan N'Dam N'Jikam (28-1, 17KOs) and Andy Lee (31-2, 22KOs) is being discussed for March 1 at the National Stadium in Dublin, Ireland, Gary Hyde told BoxingScene.com on Saturday
N'Dam and Lee have history together. They faced each other in the 2004 Olympic Games, with N'Dam coming out on top by countback decision.
N'Dam returned to the ring after a year-plus layoff with a decision win over Anthony Fitzgerald in December. Lee's last big bout came in a stoppage loss to Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. on HBO in 2012. Lee fought three times in 2013, also scoring a decision win over Fitzgerald.
If all goes according to plan, the undercard would feature two bouts with world-rated fighters, Hyde added.
