All-NBA standout and 2024 Finals MVP Jaylen Brown made a stop in the Philippines as part of his Asian tour and linked up with boxing legend Manny Pacquiao.
A longtime boxing fan, Brown has often spoken about wanting to train in the sport and has called Pacquiao one of his idols. During their meeting, the two posed for photos, played chess, and exchanged gear.
“Maybe one day, maybe the next time I come back, I want to train with you,” Brown told Pacquiao, via Yahoo Sports.
Brown joins a list of NBA stars who have visited Pacquiao over the years, including Dwight Howard and Klay Thompson.
