Unbeaten flyweight Cesar Seda Jr. (20-0, 15KOs) says the negotiations are going well for a showdown with Argentinean Omar Narvaez for the flyweight crown of the World Boxing Organization (WBO). Seda says the negotiations are currently pointing to a date of April 23 at the Sports City in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

"Narvaez is not an easy opponent. He's strong, but I feel ready for the challenge as soon as the opportunity is on my side. I'll be ready for the fight, I'll go to Argentina and come back to Puerto Rico with a title in my hands," Seda told Carlos Gonzalez.
