Veteran trainer Naazim Richardson believes eight division world champion Manny Pacquiao would beat up Ruslan Provodnikov in the same manner as he did to Brandon Rios last month in Macau.

Provodnikov, who is also trained by Pacquiao's coach, Freddie Roach, is one of the names being floated for Pacquiao's next fight on April 12th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Pacquiao (55-5-2, 38KOs) has often used Providnikov (23-2, 16KOs) as a sparring partner.

"The Russian would get beat up by Pacquiao. Any guy who walks in there like that [with that kind of style] gets beat up by Pacquiao. Pacquiao, especially that he's familiar with him, picks the Russian apart. He punches like Hercules and takes everything you want on the chin," Naazim said.
