Murodjon Akhmadaliev and Ricardo Espinoza Franco both came in under the super-bantamweight limit for Saturday evening’s contest at Salle des Étoiles in Monaco.

Uzbekistan’s Akhmadaliev, 30 and the lightly-regarded WBA interim champion, and Mexico’s Franco, 27, fight to continue their pursuit of a potential showdown with the great Naoya Inoue.

Cheavon Clarke and Leonardo Mosquea contest the vacant cruiserweight title on the undercard, where Beatriz Ferreira makes the first defence of her IBF junior-welterweight title, against Licia Boudersa.
