Panamanian boxer Alberto "Machine Gun" Mosquera (18-0-2, 13 KOs) will get his second shot at a title when he takes on undefeated Argentine Diego "La Joya" Chaves (21-0, 17 KOs), the welterweight interim champion of the World Boxing Association (WBA), on the 22nd of September in the Estadio Luna Park in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Chaves won the title on July 21 with a deadly second round stoppage of French boxer Ismael El Massoudi.
