Shortly after his dominant unanimous decision victory over Devon Alexander, Amir Khan (30-3, 19KOs) declared that he had the perfect style to hand pound for pound king Floyd Mayweather Jr. (47-0, 26KOs) his first career loss.

When advised of Khan's declaration, future Hall of Famer Shane Mosley cautioned that Khan shouldn't be over confident if he lands his dream fight.

"I think that he is boosting himself up but he shouldn't give himself false hope," Mosley stated while pointing out that fighting Alexander and Mayweather are two different animals. "You still have to work hard. Devon is the type of fighter who throws punches at the train track while Mayweather sees the train track. It might be kind of difficult for Khan to find Mayweather."
