Puerto Rico's Luis Pabón will be the referee of the thirteenth defense of the super bantamweight 118 lbs champion of the World Boxing Association, Anselmo "Chemito" Moreno, who faces Dominican Juan Carlos Payano on September 26th in Mesquite, Texas.
Together with Pabon will be judges Alfredo Polanco (MEX), Rafael Ramos (US), Cesar Ramos (PUR) and the supervisor will be the Colombia's Francisco Piña.
The challenger Payano has 15-0 with 8 KO´s, while the bantamweight champion Chemito Moreno has 35-2-1, 12 KO´s.
