Promoter Kalle Sauerland met with the "Viking Warrior" Mikkel Kessler (46-3, 35KOs) on Saturday morning and had a chat. As of this moment, there is no decision made with respect Kessler's future but Sauerland said "he won't fight anytime soon" - a big part in this is of course the fact that Mikkel will become a father for the first time in December.
Kessler was last seen in action on May 25th in London, where he lost a very competitive twelve round decision to Carl Froch in their rematch.
