EBU cruiserweight champ Marco Huck defends the title on January 24 in Riesa on a show put on by Sauerland Event. Opponent will be Ukrainan Vadim Safonov. Also on the bill are cruisers Enad Licina and Yoan Pablo Hernandez, jr. middleweight Alexander Abraham, heavyweight Cengiz Koc and light heavy Arthur Hein.
Finnish cruiserweight Harri Hakulinen returns on February 7 in Porvoo. The 36-year-old Hakulinen fought professionaly from 96 through 99 going 6-1-1 with the sole loss to then future world champ Jean Marc Mormeck. Heavyweight Robert Helenius is also on the bill.
Mogens Palle has told media in Denmark that March 14 is the working date for Mikkel Kessler´s debut as headline fighter in America. Who the WBA super middleweight king will fight hasn´t been announced yet.
Serbian cruiserweight Goran Delic squares off against German Marco Heinichen December 13 in Banja Luka. Super middleweight Nikola Sjekloca co-headlines and face Croatian Josip Jalusic.
Pro Box Scandinavia will again promote in Uganda and have featherweight Abdu Tebazalwa and lightweight Peter Semo headline a show in Kampala on December 19.
Bihes Barakat and Ali Chusseinov square off for the IBF Youth title at jr lightweight on December 20 in Berlin. The show is promoted by Marny Pokowietz and supervised by the GBA.
Jr welter Angel Hugo Ramirez headlines a show in Castellbisbals, Spain, December 12. Spanish alltime great Javier Castillejo will be ringside as a guest of honor.
Cruiser Pawel Kolodziej headlines Bullit Knockout´s show December 13 in Ketrzyn. Kolodziej faces Jean Claude Bikoi from Luxembourg. Light heavyweight Dawid Kostecki is also featured on the show.
