BoxingScene.com has been advised that NABF featherweight titleholder Mikey Garcia will fight Bernabe Concepcion in a WBO on March 10.
The bout will be televised on Showtime and serve as the co-feature to Orlando Salido’s rematch with Juan Manuel Lopez.
Garcia (27-0, 23 KOs), out of Oxnard, Calif., is coming off a fourth-round stoppage of Juan Carlos Martinez last October on the Nonito Donaire-Omar Narvaez undercard.
Meanwhile, Concepcion (29-5-1, 15 KOs), now hailing from Manila, Philippines, won a controversial split decision over Aaron Garcia that same month for the vacant WBC Continental Americas 126-pound title.
